  • Debrief: Reflect on your recent role, sporting journey, or career experience. Identify patterns of success and challenge and clarify what matters most now.
  • Reframe: Translate the mindsets and behaviours that shaped past performance into strengths that can support you in new environments.
  • Redefine: Build a vision for your next stage. Align your values, capability, and goals while exploring realistic opportunities with confidence.
  • Deliver: Create a structured plan with clear goals, practical steps, and accountability to build momentum in your first months of change.

The Career Pathways Program includes two specialised streams tailored to individual needs, supporting both role transition and career transition with structure and clarity.

About Role Integration Coaching (RIC)

Role Integration Coaching supports individuals as they step into a new role, join a new organisation, or take on expanded responsibility. The first months in any new role influence performance, relationships, and long term success. RIC strengthens clarity, capability, and confidence during this critical onboarding period.

The program blends coaching, guided reflection, expectations alignment, and practical planning. Participants gain clarity about role requirements, leader expectations, and the personal behaviours that create early momentum. RIC helps individuals build self-awareness and emotional intelligence so they can integrate effectively in their new environment.

RIC is built around a structured onboarding approach that commonly includes a 30, 60, and 90 day plan, capability mapping, and targeted development themes. This reinforces confidence, accelerates integration, and reduces the uncertainty that often occurs during role changes.

Delivered through individual coaching sessions, reflective exercises, and targeted tools, RIC provides the clarity and direction to build strong relationships, make sense of expectations, and establish the habits that support early and sustainable success.

About the Athlete Career Pathway

The Athlete Career Pathway supports current and former athletes as they step into new careers and professional environments. Leaving sport can create uncertainty, loss of structure, and questions about identity. This pathway reframes the transition as growth and opportunity.

Participants explore their strengths, values, motivation, and lived performance experience. We help athletes understand who they are beyond competition and how to apply their discipline, mindset, teamwork, and resilience in real world environments.

Through coaching, reflection, and practical planning, athletes gain clarity about direction and build confidence in navigating new roles, workplaces, or industries. The focus is on meaningful next steps, early success, and sustainable progress.

This pathway helps athletes move forward with purpose, readiness, and a plan that aligns their capability with future opportunity.
