The CSLDP is a 12-month, 13-module leadership development program that combines personalised 1:1 coaching with practical tools, structured learning, and real-world application. It is designed to turn what leaders know into how they lead, building measurable growth in confidence, capability, and impact.

Unlike generic leadership training, the CSLDP is tailored to each leader's context, goals, and challenges. Every participant receives direct coaching and mentoring alongside the structured content, ensuring the learning connects to their actual leadership situations rather than remaining theoretical. It is suitable for emerging leaders through to experienced leaders ready to deepen their practice.

All three tiers include access to all 13 learning modules, four downloadable eBooks, 20+ resources and assessments, CS CoachBot access, and a signed copy of Falling Into Leadership. The difference is depth of coaching and additional features.

Core ($4,150 ex-GST) includes five coaching sessions and is ideal for leaders building foundational capability. Elevation ($5,150 ex-GST) adds a sixth session, a Leadership Self-Assessment, and a Personal Development Plan. Mastery ($6,350 ex-GST) includes seven sessions plus StrengthsFinder 2.0, Alumni Mentor Matching, a Stakeholder Strategy Session, and a personalised feedback summary.

Yes. CoachStation can issue an invoice and align development goals with your employer's leadership framework and priorities. This is one of the most common methods of participation. Yes. You can upgrade at any time by paying the difference between tiers. Additional coaching and mentoring sessions can also be purchased whenever needed throughout the program. If your goals or circumstances shift during the twelve months, the program is designed to flex with you rather than locking you into a fixed structure that no longer fits.

Participants in the Elevation and Mastery tiers receive a personalised certificate of completion at the end of the program. Beyond the certificate, participants leave with a documented personal development plan, a library of tools and frameworks they continue to use, and a meaningful record of their leadership growth across twelve months.
