What is the CoachStation Leadership Development Program (CSLDP)?

The CoachStation Leadership Development Program (CSLDP) is a 13-module coaching and mentoring experience designed to enhance leadership skills, self-awareness, and team effectiveness for modern professionals.

CSLDP is ideal for emerging and experienced leaders looking to grow their capability, develop others, and lead with clarity, impact, and emotional intelligence.

Unlike generic training, CSLDP is built on real-world experience, interactive coaching, practical tools, and a strong accountability framework that supports sustainable change.

The program is flexible and self-paced, designed to be completed over a 12-month period, however we provide access to the modules for a 15-month period. Each coaching and mentoring session can be scheduled between 4 weeks to quarterly, depending on your tier selected, goals and preferences.

Yes. All tiers include contact between sessions with your coach via email or chat to answer questions and guide application. Every coachee has access to our CoachStation online chat group, where they can ask questions, share ideas, and build relationships with fellow participants. We will also monitor this chat group, adding our own thoughts and content, as applicable.

You can upgrade at any time by paying the difference between tiers. Just contact us and we’ll make suitable arrangements with you to ensure a seamless process. Additionally, you can purchase additional coaching and mentoring sessions whenever you like.

Participants in the Elevation and Mastery tiers receive a personalised certificate of completion at the end of the program.

Absolutely. We can issue an invoice(s) and align development goals with your employer’s leadership framework and priorities. In fact, this is one of the most common methods of participation in our coaching and mentoring programs.

Yes. The program is cohort-ready and can include peer learning, internal mentoring, and coaching touchpoints tailored for your organisation. Although we have created CSLDP to provide a tangible, easily understood program and content delivery process, all of our  programs are flexible and can be designed to meet your needs.

Immediately! Choose your tier, pay securely online or via EFT/Invoice, and once payment is received we will set up and email your user name and password, ready for you to access the Introductory Module and welcome content.
